In the serene and very pleasant atmosphere of the Ashrama, daily pujas are offered to Sri Ramakrishna Deva religiously in the shrine, aratrik Bhajan of Sri Ramakrishna is presented together with other devotional songs. Religious discourses are conducted and people of the area take part in large numbers. With due solemnity according to Vishuddha Siddhanta Almanac, tithipujas of Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda are observed with due solemnity and reverence. Ramanam on Ekadasi days, Durga Ashtami and Gurupurnima are other religious events observed at the Ashrama.

A major religious event is Annapurna Puja observed at the Ashrama every year witnessed by a considerable number of devotees. The day is marked with vedic chanting, special worship of the goddess, religious songs, homa, special food offering (bhog), flower offering (anjali), distribution of prasad to all gathered, the religious ceremony ending with immersion of the idol the following morning. This religious ceremony marks an important event in the calendar of the Ashrama.
